The Product We sell our products through various distribution outlets. Our programmed version of the Bid Whist card game can be download through our web site. The download version is compatible with both Windows and MAC operating systems. There are limitations provided with the downloading instructions with respect to transferring the download versions from one computer to another computer. The Bid Whist card game can also be purchased on a CD Rom which is a mail order process. There are no limitations placed on the use of the CD on different computers. There are restrictions placed on duplicating the CD. We sell books titled “How to Play Bid Whist” and “How To Conduct A Bid Whist Tournament” through the mail order process which can be obtained through our web site. We also provide a choice of a download copy of these books at no cost with the purchase of the Bid Whist card game which is downloaded or purchased as a CD through mail order. Purchase & Refund Policy We do not offer refunds for the downloadable version. Mr. Wes will charge your account as follows: 1. Bid Whist CD - the selling price is $19.95 plus $4.95 for shipping and handling for a total price of $24.90. Allow 7 to 10 days for shipment to you. 100% satisfaction guaranteed or full refund for return within 30 days. 2. Bid Whist game (download) – the selling price is $15.95 . All sales are final. 3. How To Play Bid Whist – the selling price is $6.95 plus $2.95 for a total price of $9.90. Allow 7 to 10 days for shipment to you. 100% satisfaction guaranteed or full refund within 30 days. 4. How to Conduct A Bid Whist Tournament – the selling price is $4.95 plus $1.95 for a total price of $6.90. Delivery Mr. Wes will deliver the Bid Whist Card Game CD (BWCD) and Books to the address you provide to us when placing your order. You agree that we will not be responsible for failure to deliver the BWCD and Books if you have provided us with an incorrect address. We reserve the right to dispose of incorrectly addressed envelopes and their contents without an obligation to refund you or any other person if they are returned to us and despite efforts to contact you, we do not receive correct address details. You will be responsible for any cost to redeliver the BWCD and Books to you. We will not be liable to you for any delay in delivery or non-delivery in the following circumstances: - Where the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us.
- Where your check was dishonored or not cleared by your bank.
- Where such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our control or the control of our sub-contractors and agents, including but not restricted to war, electricity power failure, utilities failure, failure of telecommunications links,, failure of transport infrastructure, fire, riot, flood, government act, legislative constraints, strikes, labor disputes, malicious damage involving employees or act or God.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice. Any such changes will be posted online on this page. If you do not agree with the new terms and conditions , your only option is to return the product to us as provided for above.
Right to Refuse Orders We reserve the right to fulfill and to cancel orders in the event of obvious inaccuracies or if we are unable to obtain payment authorization from the issuer of your payment card or refusal of payment of your check by your bank.
